Getting started with CrossFit Chicago is easy. Contact us to discuss your fitness goals and expectations. We will make recommendations best suited to your needs which may include the CrossFit Elements one day seminar, or private lessons.

Or if you want to try our workouts out for yourself, you can start immediately. Go to and try the Workout of the Day. The WOD will give you a good example of what is covered in a typical training session. However, be forewarned, these workouts were designed for elite athletes and are very difficult. You may need to scale down the WOD to a level that you can perform. At CrossFit Chicago, we scale the workouts to accommodate everyone regardless of skill or experience level.
